Dans le cadre d’un programme stratégique de transformation du processus Record-to-Report (R2R), un groupe international du secteur pharmaceutique met en œuvre une démarche visant à rationaliser, optimiser et simplifier les processus métiers liés aux données financières. Cette transformation s’articule autour de trois axes clés : la planification financière, les opérations réelles et la gestion des reportings internes et externes.

 

La première phase de ce programme, cible la refonte des méthodes de prévision en revisitant les processus, les outils, les données et la gouvernance associés à la planification financière. Ce projet vise à répondre aux besoins de pilotage du Groupe, de la direction générale et des entités locales sur l’ensemble des domaines d’activité.

 

Le poste de Program Manager s’inscrit dans ce cadre, en soutien direct au Directeur de Programme, avec une implication transversale sur les phases d’opportunité, de faisabilité et de réalisation. Le rôle repose sur des standards méthodologiques fournis par le Groupe. 

De formation supérieure, vous disposez d’une solide expérience dans le management de programmes complexes, idéalement dans un contexte de transformation des processus financiers (budget, prévisions, reporting, consolidation). Une bonne compréhension des cycles de planification et d’analyse financière est un plus, tout comme une expérience en conduite du changement.

 

Compétences fonctionnelles – Pilotage de programme R2R

– Structuration des programmes de transformation liés à la finance d’entreprise.

– Compréhension des processus de planification, de reporting financier et d’analyse de la performance.

– Familiarité avec les outils de gestion de projet à l’échelle Groupe (Planisware, VYP, SharePoint…).

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of the Tap Converter – a major national initiative at the forefront of Pay As You Go ticketing innovation.

Backed by the Department for Transport, this programme will enable Local Transport Authorities (LTAs) to submit tap data from Bus, Tram or Rail networks and receive accurate rail fares in return, allowing passengers to travel seamlessly across authority boundaries in the future.

We’re currently working with two LTAs over the next two years, with more to follow. As Programme Manager, you’ll oversee multiple workstreams, coordinate across internal teams and external suppliers, and represent the programme at senior levels within RDG and the wider industry.

Your future duties and responsibilities
We are seeking an expert in Programme Management to join our team. This role is particularly suited for individuals with experience in pre-sales, specifically leading programme management within complex bids. A strong background in public sector engagements is highly desirable, as is familiarity with the Government Competitive Dialogue procurement process.

As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading portfolios of projects, ensuring successful delivery, and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

Skills / Experience required:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
– Proven track record delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
– Excellent communication skills both written & verbal are essential.
– Effectively lead and line manage project teams, including training, development and performance management.
– Proven experience within the transport sector.
– Extensive project management experience successfully delivering multi- discipline projects within the transport Industry with responsibility for P&L at project level.
– Experience delivering Public Transport projects.
– Any experience of E-Ticketing / SMART Ticketing / PAYG is beneficial
– Team Leadership Skills : The ability to motivate others while creating positive work environments that foster teamwork among staff members at various levels within organizations involved also important trait which could make difference here.
