Key accountabilities and decision ownership

• Quality Management Methodology & Governance:

Ensure the effective running of the Delivery Methodology and Governance regime for delivery projects/programmes within a function, business area or portfolio. Identify issues and trends and recommend and implement solutions.

Develops and implements a quality and assurance strategy

• Planning & Resource Management:

Facilitates the development and maintenance of the programme and project plans and dependency logs

Identify planning issues and trends and recommend and implement solutions.

• Leadership & Stakeholders:

Manages the maintenance of information relating to stakeholders. Manages the maintenance of an audit trail of communication activity, including collation of feedback, ensure logged and processed.

Ensure integrity of information flow through consistent traffic lights.

• Risk Management:

Ensure the effective running of the Risk Management process for delivery projects/programmes within a function, business area or portfolio.

Ensure all project risks that have wider implications (across multiple projects, programmes and portfolios) are escalated and dealt with at the appropriate level, and that risks with strategic implications are escalated to the corporate risk management process.

• Change Management:

Ensure the effective running of the Change Management process for delivery projects/programmes within a function, business area or portfolio.

Ensure all project changes that have wider implications (across multiple projects, programmes and portfolios) are escalated and dealt with at the appropriate level. Identify the impact of project/programme changes across overall critical path.

Evidence effectiveness of the Change Management process within the local remit.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

• Quality & Assurance

Confidently running Governance meetings. – handle all queries relating to Delivery Method and Governance arising during these meetings. Resolve issues and conflicts relating to delivery methodology and governance. Design appropriate Methodology and Governance templates and procedures. Identify issues with delivery methodology and Governance standards and propose improvements based on experience of running the processes.

• Commercial Finance & 3rdParty Management Establish relationship with Procurement function to optimise relationship with Partners/3rd Parties. Assist Project Manager/Procurement in progress problems to conclusion.
• Customer Centric

Build close working relationships with the client PMO team, internal and external customers.

• Tools, Systems & Data

Carry out the selection and implementation of tools to ensure the effective delivery of projects/programmes within a function, business area or portfolio. Ensure the data integrity of project information across all tools, providing the \ »single version of the truth\ ».

Evidence effectiveness of the tools within the remit of the function, business area or portfolio being managed. Recommend improvements to tools and data constructs.

• Business Skills & Professionalism

Applies knowledge of business to create intellectual property.

Has knowledge of multiple domains and understands company position in that market place.

• Problem Solving & Decision Making

A problem solver, ability to identify root causes and make decisions and implement

Must-have technical / professional qualifications:

• A recognised qualification or certification in PMO/Assurance skills (e.g. P30)
• Prince 2 or certification achieved in recognised project management methodology
• Thorough understanding of delivery governance principles and/or demonstrable experience of successfully delivering projects to meet business expectations and deliver results.
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels internally and externally including excellent customer facing skills (ability to communicate, effectively, with the customer account teams, in addition to end users and technical persons)
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills, along with the personal tenacity and the ability to drive through to conclusion in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Developed interpersonal and communication skills, along with the personal tenacity and the ability to drive through to conclusion in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Extensive experience in management reporting techniques and processes, and performance metrics.
• Broad understanding of financial controls, project accounting and benefits realisation process
• Able to evidence highly proficient skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. Also able to evidence experience of PM and PMO tools (e.g. Clarity/Niku) and reporting. Demonstrable experience of the automation of reporting and processes.
• Risk and compliancy management experience
• Excellent planning & organisational skills

Budget owned: the PMO Specialist will not have Budget ownership – they will be expected to Develop and Maintain financial controls for the project or programme.

• Time, Cost & Quality – delivering your areas of responsibility within the portfolio, programme or project to agreed time, cost and quality plans – evidence of promoting professional method & standards
• Demonstrating alignment to Governance & Methodology – managing any changes to TCQ with evidence of formal risk, issue control and change management process
• Ensuring delivery of programme/projects against agreed Vodafone and Customer Operational Acceptance testing procedures – maintaining customer satisfaction

Role Requirements

As our PMO analyst you will be responsible for assisting in financial controls and financial admin, including raising purchase orders, invoices management, as well as accruals, recharges and cost management. You will assist with project/programme plans and re-planning. You will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, identification/maintenance and challenging of RAID logs. You will be supporting the project management/programme manager with management information including milestone reporting, analysis and distribution of MI. You will be responsible for the adherence to relevant UK Change procedures, standards, processes, controls and tools by taking ownership of ensuring consistency for example templates and formats are utilised.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of PMO Support/ Admin in an Agile Programme and transformation delivery, preferably you will have project and programme experience. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce high quality written documentation and select the content, style, format and distribution methods most appropriate to the audience. About the role

As a PMO Analyst you’ll be responsible for managing the planning activities for Zellis implementation projects and programmes, analysing financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process.

Your role will be critical to ensuring our implementation practice delivers a brilliant and efficient experience for customers, as well as achieves our revenue and profit targets, through your work with colleagues across the Zellis Customer Solutions (ZCS) team as well as wider stakeholders from other departments.

You’ll have excellent stakeholder management and client relationship building skills at all levels, to ensure you can support the delivery of programmes and projects in accordance with the company’s defined methodology and governance. Your future duties and responsibilities
This is a great opportunity if you are wanting to get an overview of the project lifecycle from onboarding onto a Secure Account to supporting the day to day running of the operations with the opportunity for Client facing activities. You will be organised and assertive, with good time management and action closing skills.

   •   Own the contract obligations process to ensure obligations are met on time and to quality
   •   Liaise with the Commercial Manager and relevant stakeholders as part of the contractual process
   •   Owns the documentation and identifies process improvements
   •   Experience of processing Security Clearances and liaising with Vetting teams.
   •   Liaising with Senior Stakeholders across the Programme to resolve PMO related issues/queries
   •   Supporting the PMO Manager and Programme Leadership team, to meet the Programme reporting requirements
   •   Experience in setting up new processes within the PMO such as Change Management
   •   Establishing existing PMO process to better support the day to day running of the Programme

   •   Strong Microsoft Excel skills i.e pivot tables, VLookups
