Context: Compliancy with DORA requriements – support to Group Operational Resilience team in practicing new procedures
Scope of the Service: In order to strengthen the implementation of the ICT Incident Management DORA prodedure we need Support on document finalisation, training and dry run (check & challenge/RETEX) for new DORA ICT incident classification and reporting procedure.

Deliverables:
1) Support ICT procedure training (a) sharepoint page of Frequently asked Questions and answers (b)4 x training decks and scripts)
2) Support Procedure Updates (a) peer reviewed updated procedure ready for final approval (b) updated training based on updated procedure
3) Support Dry Run (a) kick off materials (b) weekly monitoring dashboard (c) 17x observation reports (d) Retex report for final approval?
